Error loading function pack (Tempest Box)

I am currently running

• SpongeVanilla version: latest (7.1.6)
• Forge version: n/a
• Java version: 1.8.0_181
• Operating System: Ubuntu

• Plugins/Mods: n/a (error occurred even with all plugins disabled)

Issue Description The Tempest Box doesn't seem to work while sponge is running. Starting the server without sponge allows TTB to work correctly. This hasn't been tested with other function packs that I am aware of. Logs seem to indicate that the functions aren't working at all.

Got it loading on the latest SpongeVanilla, once it builds! Sorry for the delay. If there are any more issues please open a new issue. Thanks!
