Make "Even Better TOML" a dependecy of the VSCode extension and provide a schema for witcherscript.toml.

[x] Change the tomlValidation key in package.json to point to a specific version or master branch before next version is shipped

Even Better TOML's status bar at the bottom right displays schema's URL instead of a short title.

For now I have no idea how to fix this while not uploading the schema to https://www.schemastore.org catalog.
