Add support for annotations:

@addMethod(Class)
@replaceMethod(Class)
@replaceMethod
@wrapMethod(Class)

Things to do:

[x] Add annotations to the AST
[x] Add syntax highlighting for annotations
[x] Add annotated symbols
[x] Handle creation of annotated symbols
[x] Handle the "wrappedMethod" identifier thing
[x] Handle "go to" for annotated
[x] Handle hover for annotated
[x] Handle document symbols for annotated

Added diagnostics:

[x] invalid-annotation
[x] invalid-annotation-placement
[x] missing-annotation-argument
[x] incompatible-annotation
[x] global-scope-var-decl
[x] same-content-annotation
