Create a view in Explorer tab similar to the one in Script Studio.

Design points:

[x] Files should be presented in a TreeView
[x] Clicking on a script in the view should open it
[x] Opened vanilla file should be read-only by default
[x] View should allow for easier importing of files to projects - script items should have the "import script" action bound to them
[x] If content0 cannot be found display appropriate information in the view
