Any plans to update to 2.1?

Hi - at the moment I have other projects to work on - but feel free to fork, upgrade and then make a PR.

I have upgraded another project without significant problems, so I expect that this will go pretty smooth. Would be cool if the Aurelia libraries get updated, too...
