Update log:

Updated 2000 Q3 to be 500+ lines shorter (currently 185 lines) and made it 3 times more efficient by removing unnecessary sorting
The reason it is so long is because I try not to use any modules/libraries
And added comments explaining how it works
Added 1998 Q1 with comments
Updated Q3 to actually score full marks (my previous inputs were incorrect)
More bugfixes to Q3
