Animated banners are not displayed properly #27

Mastery banners are displayed in game with an animation, but the API only gives the image that drifts up and to the right as part of the animation.

Currently, mastery banners cause a player's page to lose some functionality due to the image covering the page. This issue may be temporarily fixed with #26

Issue found with #26 sizing banners wrong with small screen sizes, #28 temporarily fixes as well without causing said issues.

Updated title to reflect other new animated banners displaying wrongly - ex. the animated opening ceremony (which the api says is stored at https://static-api.nkstatic.com/appdocs/4/assets/opendata/2fe5562a1b0343032706e12950e1a235_banner_openingceremony_animated.png)

Other animated banners show incorrectly for the same reason - the api gives a different type of image back.
