doc(project): standardize usage of = and : chars in doc config example #365

= chars are used since the content is just copied over from baseConfig.js. This makes it easier to keep the documentation uptodate. However, in our swan example project we use colons(:). So, colons would make it easier for users to copy settings over. Considering that, switching to colons might be a good idea.

I agree. I just have to set up the token again so the tests stop failing 😅
