This is because the Apple Watch app is a separate .ipa, that would have to be decrypted on a jailbroken Apple Watch, as their is no Apple Watch jailbreak, that is not possible, and even if we did have a decrypted Spotify Apple Watch .ipa, their are 0 tweaks for Apple Watch, so it wouldn't do any good anyways...
