No release for Bullseye OS #7

Problem

When running make for raspbian-stepmania-arcade, there is no release for any raspberry pi version running Bullseye. As a result, make fails and exits.

Suggested Solution

Compile deb files for stepmania on Raspberry Pi 3, 3+, and 4, and publish the releases in this repo.

I do not have access to a RPi4 at the moment to create such a release, FYI. Once I can get ahold of one I can generate releases again.
