Need wps pin using password! (HELP) #671

HELP ME! HELP ME! HELP ME!
i have got password of my neighbor but they change it frequently.. i have to 
ask them all the time.. i want to crack the wps pin of the router but they have 
locked the router admin and admin doesn't work.. router is of tp-link. i have 
tried all the default password of router and doesn't seem to work.. i have also 
tried bruteforce. i want to crack the wps pin with reaver but the issue is AP 
rate limiting the router blocks me for a day then works another day but only 
let me try 10-20/pins per day.. is there way to get wps pin using command?? 
like to get password we use --pin option.. 
help me anyhow if possible.. help would be appreciate,,
