All Health Records - The Graphs displayed are not feasible.Could not see the points plotted correctly or could not zoom in or zoom out. Should be converted to html graphs #1

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open and check the Graphs of all the health records.

    Actual Result:

  2. The graphs are not user friendly and could not zoom in or zoom out

    Expected Result:

The existing native graphs to be replaced by the html graphs.

Precondition:

Values to be already entered for all the health parameters.
