All Health records, Food, Fitness Tracker - Opening the date to select previous date hangs the app. Date picker needs to be changed #2

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open any, Health record parameter or Food or Fitness Tracker
  2. Press '+' to add new value to track
  3. Enter the value and select any previous dates

    Actual Result:

The Date picker does not open and hangs the app

Expected Result:

The Date Picker needs to be changed
