New Sign Up - Signing up newly logs the user directly to the HM2 site. But re-log in does not allow the user to login. Popup a message on first login to activate the account through mail.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open the url "http://test.sprim-health.com".
2. Click the 'Sign Up' button and enter valid values for signup.
3. The newly signed up user is logged into the application and can update the details.
4. Log out from the web and try to log in again

   Actual Result:

The user cannot log-in displays error message "The Username or password is wrong. Please try again".

Expected Result:

The user should get a message on the first time log-in with a message "Please check your mail to activate your account to continue with HM2"

Relogin for the first time without Activation complete shows an error message as "Account not Activated! Check your email for activation link. Click here to resend the activation link." but clicking the link does not send any activation mail.
