Footer update #5

Would it be possible to update the headers/footers which reference the file name when upissuing word doccuments, without the user having to manually open and save the document?

For word documents I don't think this is necessary as word should update automatically.

For powerpoint this would be a great feature and is possible based on my experience of doing somethings similar with visio. You can unzip pptx files, edit an xml file to change a field and then rezip. This would however require the template to put a field in the footer which could be updated via the file properties. If Elena is around, ask her for a demo of my Visio solution for cable drawings.
