Hi please tell me how install in local and virgin ubuntu 14.04 enviroment, tnks

You first need git, Python, and virtualenvwrapper. There are many guides to do that, for example this one. Once that's done you can just follow the instructions in the readme. If you have any issues or questions, let me know.
