Is possible, deploy in a ubuntu standalone server?

There are no additional requirements for the others.

Translations to spanish is possible, i tranlate sayit.

OpenHouseNS.ca is English-only, because Nova Scotia is English-only. But, yes, you can translate SayIt.

This project only serves the population of Nova Scotia. It's not a general purpose project for others to reuse. NS has 866,685 English speakers, 17,165 French, 15,700 others. So, there's not a great incentive to offer this project in multiple languages.
