data files no longer pushed to github #44

Not sure if this was a manual process that has been neglected or an automated process that stopped working...

OpenHousens.ca states that the scraped data is released as open data, but the past three weeks or so aren't showing up: https://github.com/opennorth/openhousens.ca/tree/master/akoma_ntoso

It's a manual process to fill in the GitHub repository. The files that OpenHouseNS loads are stored on S3. We could instead have a page listing the S3 bucket. There are some small errors in recent hansards. When I fix them, I'll push the last few weeks at the same time.
