Adding an app that creates a certain iconic toaster with wings, that may fly, first version shown at Hackaday Superconference 2019

This is a app hack of app-nyan, plans are to add the proper music from the screensaver in, and toast too. Was a hack job 100%.

Cool, thanks! I reserve the right to make it act more like the real toaster screen saver in the future, though ;)
