This includes both UI and API; which should having the following capabilities:

Manage Schedule Group types
- e.g. defining a season, week, or playoffs
Manage Schedule Groups
- e.g. adding all the weeks + fixtures for a season
- This can be pretty basic for now - we may want to add some sort of season generator in the future
