[TEXT MODE GUI] Boxed Sets #493

When viewing a boxed set (Movie or TV) in text mode only 1 item is shown ber 
page. If viewing Die Hard for example (4 movies), the first page will show Die 
Hard, page 2 shows Die Hard 2 etc. etc.

Also, with all boxed sets I have seen in text mode the page count suggests 1 
more page than is actually present. With Die Hard page 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 etc. 
You cannot get to Page 5/5 (There would be no movie there anyway).

UPDATE: If I set multiple columns then this doesn't happen. It would appear 
that the boxed set pages only show 1 row?
