Manage Large Local Posters #572

When scanning, if user has a local poster with the movie just use that and 
resize it.
Also keep a copy of the original so we can check dynamically if the user has 
changed their poster ? Alternatively just require the user to rescan - then 
remove all dynamic poster rendering?
