Thorne Box Set issue #589

The British TV-show "Thorne" is displayed as a box-set of movies. r1496 
displays this TV-show correctly with episode plots and all. This issue does not 
depend on locale - the same is with English (US).

Fixed r1893  Category (eg TV or Movie) from tvdb/tvrage has priority over imdb 
category - for MiniSeries etc
