Wrong Russian encoding for "Star Wars - The Clone Wars" tv series #602

"Star Wars - The Clone Wars" (tvid=83268) incorrectly encoded in Russian.

Expected "Звёздные войны: Войны клонов", but displayed 
as "Звёздные войны Войны клонов". Missing 
semicolon and strange encoding for ё and й, displayed as е and и with 
squares on PCH.

Fixed r1972 ( and r1971 for semi-colon)
