scan_path with brackets in name - does not appear in rescan options..

eg.

if scan path = /a/b,/c/(d),/e/f

Then rescan options lists:

[] "/a/b"
[] "/c/(d"

Code to parse function arguments in templates , is probably eating the 
brackets. 

Might need re-write of template parsing code to fix.
Maybe should be addressed if this code is revisited as part of re-write.
