No localized titles from imdb & tmdb

1. What version of Oversight are you using?

After rescan - no more localized titles for the most of movies, looks like 
oversight doesn't get Russian (in my case) title from imdb and doesn't change 
title from TMDB. For some titles oversight change title from kinopoisk.

Need one or two examples to work with.
What you get and what you expect to see.

I though IMDB Russian Titles were not good anyway? It uses TMDB in preference. 
But should use Kinopoisk again..

2 examples
English title "Some Like it Hot" in r2006 title was "В джазе только 
девушки - Some Like it Hot"
same for "The Fifth Element" should be "Пятый элемент - The Fifth 
Element"

But "Arctic Tale" shown only in Russian "Мишка на севере"

I can't find localized titles in index.db

r2006 always shows 2 titles - original and translated

I compared dbs generated by r2006 & r2095, r2095 doesn't have _ot field, only 
_T, r2006 has both fields. I didn't find any reason why some titles in r2095 
are original and others are translated (localized).
