Process even if it has an NZBget category

Could it be made configurable so oversight still postprocesses a download even 
if a category is set in NZBget.

Currently oversight ignores it after seeing that there is a category.
This would make integration in the combo of dognzb/NZBget (0.9)/oversight a lot 
easier.

Isn't this because when a category is set NZBget moves the files to a folder of 
that name?
I don't set categories so I don't know if this is the case. Can you check and 
revert back to us.

When a category is set,  it gets moved to  share/Complete/<Category name>/folder
The problem here is that i didn't choose to set categories, they get 
auto-pushed to NZBget by dognzb with categories (this can't be disabled)

Two new keywords in unpak.cfg

# Run catalog.sh for categories that match this regular expression. If no 
category it is always run
unpak_catalog_category_include=".*"
# Do not run catalog.sh for categories that match this regular expression.
