It is an interactive text based game that tells story scenario to user and expects input from user. Based on the input given by user story takes a different path. This is immersive story telling. This is nice way to engage anyone from senior people to kids. When people are engaged they are alert and won't fall asleep. Since there is a level of suspense at each step. The curiosity keeps the user interested to know what happens next.
Though the example I gave above is text based, our goal in this project is to transform similar app in to voice conversation app which is mainly used while driving car for longer times and one is feeling sleepy (accident hazard) / bored (might start doing something dangerous like texting to getaway from boredom)
Update: 14th March 2016. This story is not relevant any more , as the concept was replaced by description at https://github.com/Spurrya/Lonqa/issues/5

I believe the technical implementation of this will be similar to the Movieapp Dialog sample at http://watson-movieapp-dialog.mybluemix.net/watson-movieapp-dialog/dist/?cm_mc_uid=49595141773514570123157&cm_mc_sid_50200000=1457012315#/
