Visual issues with Wing Commander 1's Dralthi #22

Tested on a Windows 7 64-bit environment, nVIDIA driver 301.42.

In the secret missions 2 add-on, you get to fly on a Dralthi ship. There are a 
couple of issues:

1 - when landing back on the carrier, the rightmost part of the ship is missing 

2 - the fuel indicator gets stuck at a certain level while the fuel is 
correctly consumed and can finish as it should

About 1: it's the leftmost part of the ship missing, not the rightmost

About 2: when I say that the fuel indicator gets stuck at a certain level, I 
mean that the graphic is not updated accordingly to how much fuel is really 
available: like if it froze at one point and never again updates itself
