Pallete copies not working correctly #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Warcraft II Battle.net Edition
2. Run a single player game until a chapter section is given (every 4 levels)

Expected output is clean text being dynamically changed. Whats given is 
obviously not correct text.
