@SpyMan10 Was this ever added? Just found this mod and am missing the Trinket integration to wear them on your back :/

I'm working on https://github.com/SpyMan10/backpackmod/tree/dev-trinkets-compat but this update will be only available for Minecraft 1.19+

Damnit, I'm still dodging 1.19 since a alot of the big mods will take quite some time to Update.
