107 user interactions with data inference patterns are too conservative #144

Changes deprecating the use of direct asserted user-data interactivity relationships, replacing them by asserted user-process and process-data relationships. This should reduce the potential for ambiguity as to which process is used by interactive users to access data. This ambiguity also causes problems for other data lifecycle inference sequences and threats.

@samuelsenior : this is one of two pull requests to merge branches 107 and 139 into 6a.

The changes on 139 are much simpler, so I recommend you do that one first.

If after that you find conflicts when you try to merge 107 on top of 139, let me know. I'll try to keep an eye open so we can discuss it before Tuesday, if necessary. Possibly by email if I can't access this channel...
