Add Water Seven 16
Remove 254 and 255

Checklist for submitting new .nfo files

[x] I have removed the old .nfo files that are being replaced
[x] I have validated that the new .nfo file works correctly in Plex
[x] I have updated the README, fixing the list of current missing episodes
[x] I have modified exceptions.json, removing any exceptions no longer required

Yeah it was posted a lot later than usual this week. Worked out well for me though, I happened to be watching Water Seven 15 myself when 16 released, so I needed to get it set up straight away hahaha
