end-of-level screen #6

when finishing a level, show a little GUI with a "next level" and "quit" button. we can also include fun stats like the time taken for the level, and each player's death count.

fun little touch: if a player finishes a level without dying, for the next level they get a little crown on their head. aim for keeping your crowns little dudes
