[Add] GlassMorphism Sticky Navbar

Details

• Right now the navbar is not stick
• It scrolled up on scroll
• As user of website its very time consuming to go up every time to change or explore the page

Alternative

• I will made sticky navbar
• Also i will add glass morphism effect on navbar which looks good with website UI
