[Add] Flush Animated Button

Details

I would like to propose the addition of a "Flush Button" feature to our website. The flush button will have an interactive animation that mimics water flushing over the button when hovered. When the user hovers over the button, a water-like filter effect will smoothly flow down from the top of the button, covering half of its surface.
