If I understand you correctly (I'm using Google Translate) you want the following features:

• A toggle for the glow rendering through blocks;
• A toggle to emit light (like a torch, for example);
• Customizable brightness of the glow;
• Keybinds to toggle all outlines.

The first and third option are currently not possible to implement as far as I'm aware, without reworking the whole system that does the glow. This is because I use Minecraft's in-built glowing feature (it's the same glow that spectral arrows give), with which it is not possible to control brightness or whether or not it renders through blocks.

The keybinds are quite simple to implement however, and will be in the next release. I will also look into glowing items emitting actual light.
