Home: Fix Pull to Refresh Bug #56

Home feed does not properly perform the pull to refresh. Furthermore, the explore and future cells are created upon a pull to refresh.

A Proper Pull-to-Refresh:

[x] Active rooms sorted in descending order of most-recent to latest room
[x] Collection of rooms do not contain duplicates ie the last item is oldest room that is active
[x] There is no duplication of the data values denoting an explore/search cell AND the future event cell
