Updated the .cs file to use the Property Names instead of hardcoded IDs #1

Updated to use Property Name instead of hard coded Property ID to find the connection string, sql statement, and return property ID based on the Property Name so that the 3 properties don't have to be the first 3 you create in your GlobalAction Workflow.
