Book update for pillar dev #106

Update the book to fit with pillar development. -Add a subdownload.sh (new script to download pillar image) -Add Makefile

To compile the book, launch "make book" or "make book -B" to re-compile all the book. To compile one chapter, for example "Teapot", launch "make book-result/Teapot/Teapot.pillar"
