Replace references to "workspace" with "playground" #164

The playground has largely replaced workspaces in Pharo 4 & 5, so the book would be better reflecting this.

Version February 27, 2016 commit bc2b49c.

I could list all the pages / sections, but this should be mostly a search / replace (skipping references to the Workspace class). Please let me know if they'd be useful.
