Slack reference should be replace by Discord #204

On page 3 of PHARO BY EXAMPLE 5, reference is made to getting help from via Slack.  Am I correct that this has moved over to Discord instead?  If so, that might be something to change in the next update of the text (which is wonderful, by the way).
