Cache projects so that the whole project doesn't have to be rebuilt each time #118

The upload part isn't that bad, I can through 15MB through in about 10 seconds. The issue is that with so many modules it takes about 8 minutes to run the first build. If the projects aren't deleted after build it'll take only a few seconds after the initial build.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into the feasibility of this as I'm aware that build times can take a while as build products aren't cached. And also that uploading can take time for larger projects that have a lot of assets. A solution to both would be ideal I think.
