Advanced version of the tool host. This will need to be both a tool and a peripheral.

~~[attack/dig][Up/Down/]With[Left/Right] Attacks/digs in the specified direction with the specified tool.~~ This isn't needed: you can pass an argument to the turtle API to specify which tool to use
