Closes #75 and #36.

[x] Basic Cable
[x] Basic modem
[x] Block cable connections with mulitparts (Chisel and Bits is probably the easiest way to test)
[x] Internal cable connections (attach other nodes to network)
[x] Override item cable
[x] Forward & backward part converter

I'm going to need to add a lazy NBT reader otherwise peripherals are not connected at runtime.

@ElvishJerricco Is there anything you want add?

I'd have to take a detailed look. I haven't had time for minecraft in the past month or two (as evidenced by my absence =P) so I'm not too up to date on how this API works or what had to change in this pull request. But I'll take a look over the next day or two.

Chill, I have far too much free time at the moment :stuck_out_tongue:.

One really cool thing though is Chisel and Bits' compatibility with MCMultipart. This means you can sculpt generic covers for cables:
