Similar to #31. People are attaching modems to wireless bridges, but they are not bound to the network as modems block connections from that side. Due to 2da2db6e1e25b2bd1dd715c482ab320413a1346b you need to be able to wrap bridges as peripherals so you now need both a modem and a cable.
Remove canConnect on modems? Seems kinda hacky.
