Hi, sorry to bother you again, but it seems the entity scanner cannot constantly handle dimension swaps. eventually it just claims "the entity is no longer there" even with the sense() call
i was able to reproduce this by either going though the nether portal multiple times and checking sense or just using /back and /home between the nether and house. heres a screenshot of the eventual damage
oddly repeating the dim swap process can also undo the problem too and it'll resume working correctly, I'm guessing it has to do with something handling dim swapping only sometimes working

Detailed reproduction steps:
go between nether and overworld repeatedly while even just running sense() in the entity scanner for the neural interface
the console should eventually error to even just the sense() command that the entity is no longer there
