Import ql2nix and mkNixlispBundle straight from repository #8

This PR suggests a new default nix with a set, that provides ql2nix and mkNixlispBundle, so that getting a copy of ql2nix's *.nix files is not necessary.

Looks good to me! We should keep the license comment in default.nix, but otherwise this looks good to me! If you add the license block I’ll merge it right away. If I don’t hear from you I’ll merge it and add the license comment in a follow up commit.

Speaking of those comments, I need to update my name in those comment blocks…
