Basic frontend

Now a basic frontend needs to be done, not sure what framework should be used, needs to be looked into.

Starting with simple stuff:

• [ ] Adding transactions
• [ ] Checking total and per account balances
• [ ] Check expenses and revenue per categories
• [ ] Creating accounts
• [ ] Adding plugins
• [ ] Configuring plugins

tera does seem interesting, also watch out for what is going on in tera2. Tera is a template engine which might be enough for this use case.

leptos seems to be a reactive framework which might be more than is needed
