update button visibility on record / change channel / ok
update background color + text color on PVR timer settings
extra sections for PVR timers + recordings

The PR still hasn't been rebased on the changes I recently made. Also, the timer settings window should be skinned. At the moment it's simply changing the textcolors while using the original Foundation skin.

If you want to still do it, use the PVR search window as a base for the timer settings window. Ifd not, I'll find some time today or tomorrow to do.
